 Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar wrote the Bengali book Bhrantibilas in 189 based on William Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors.  It is to be noted that he took Shakespeare's lessons from Anandakrishna Basu in the palace of Shobhabazar.  It is said that in just fifteen days he composed this parable of the Comedy of Error.

About two years later, the Shakespearean couple gave birth to a son named Hamnet and a daughter named Judith.  They were twins.  They were baptized on February 2, 1575.  Hamnett died at the age of eleven.  The cause of his death is unknown.  He was buried on 11 August 1596. 

The next historical mention of Shakespeare after the birth of twins is found in a description of a stage scene in London in 1592.  Experts therefore refer to the years from 1585 to 1592 as the "lost years" of Shakespeare's life.
